I observed a "AsusSetup" in both of those the "set up" folder as well as "HSA_20...." folder (idk why there is a single in equally but neither work.) from time to time immediately after managing AsusSetup it will eventually get started opening "Intel Also idk if this is related but I've been working with this motherboard awhile in advance of even
